Shipping & Policies

Thank you for you support. Shipments will be sent out 5-7 Business days after payment has cleared. If you placed a custom order, please allow 10-14 business days to process.

We want you to love your pieces, if you have any issues with your order, Send us an email at shecollected@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Purchases are non-refundable.

All orders include tracking information which will be provided in order confirmation email and a follow up email when order is shipped.

We are not responsible for shipments once they are mailed out. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or Post office issues.

Every piece is unique because they are handcrafted, please expect slight differences in color and details. Small differences are not to be taken as defects but are a result of each earring being fully made by hand.

Just know we want each piece to bring you as much joy when you wear them as it brings us to create them.
